Q1: What is the different between PLA and PLA-F

A: Our PLA-F is an improved version of the common PLA, which is brittle, prone to moisture absorption and degradation. It has better toughness and is more resistant to aging. In addition to maintaining the easy printability of PLA, PLA-F has higher strength and a lighter density. There are 380 meters of material in 1kg. It has good quality and performance while being more economical and practical.

Q2: What should be noted of using PLA-F

A: Our PLA-F may have a slight odor during printing. Prolonged exposure may cause discomfort. It is recommended to print in a well-ventilated environment or turn on the air filter.

Q3: Does this material need to be printed open or in a sealed box
A: It is recommended to print in an open manner in a well-ventilated environment. For sealed boxes, open the front door or top cover for heat dissipation. If box sealing printing is used, it is recommended to lower the temperature of the hot bed and fully open the exhaust fan for heat dissipation to prevent the cavity temperature from being too high and causing the consumables to get clogged.

Q4: About Parameter of Printing

A: Our PLA-F can match the consumable parameters of Generic PLA for the vast majority of models. The default ones can be used. The recommended printing temperature is 210-230℃, and the hot bed temperature is 0-60℃. There may be differences among different devices and environments. For the first use, it is recommended to print a test model to calibrate the appropriate temperature.

Q5: Can this PLA-F consumable be printed at high speed?
A: The flow rate performance of PLA-F can support high-speed printing. If the printing speed is increased, it is recommended to relatively raise the printing temperature and increase the flow rate. It can support a printing speed of 300mm/s.
