What is your terms of payment? A4. T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Q5: What need to confirm before order? A5: Please help inform the exact vehicle model, type, year, product name, color and so on. Q6:How about the workmanship of your products? A6:Carbon fiber products belong to high-end customized products, considering the market situation and customer acceptance,so at present, we generally use wet carbon fiber process.But we also have dry carbon fiber process products that have been labeled as additional in our title "DRY CARBON FIBER " Q7：How to Install the carbon fiber / fiber glass items on the car ? A:Many products are add on the original car, such as the front lip ,side skirt. some products are replaced by the original car parts, such as the hood, rear trunk lid ,fender etc. The front lip&side skirt can be installed with super glue or screws (some car owners love their car is not willing to make screw holes, then can use super glue) Hood ,rear trunk lid ,fender replacement the original items, it is need adjust appropriately when install it . the fender may need to be properly trimmed. For the rear trunk lid , because there are wires in the rear trunk lid, and some holes need to be cut according to each customer own needs. Q8:How to maintain carbon fiber products? A8:For carbon fiber products use for car appearance modification, we recommend that you take waxing care every 1 to 3 months to keep the surface bright and try not to put your car in high temperature insolation . Q9. How about your delivery time? A9. We are a manufacturer, not a transportation company. Due to the OVERSIZE of the products, it is cannot deliver them through Alibaba online logistics, so we usually consult the third-party forwarder company in the market to check the freight,negotiate according to the order quantity and your details address. Q10:What Kind Shipping Way you Use? A10: For small size products, we suggest shipping by FedEx /DHL/UPS/TNT/EMS. For the oversize wooden frame goods, we suggest shipping by Sea way or Airship. What we need to remind our customer about transportation is: we are just a manufacturer, not a transportation company，so we usually consult the third-party forwarder company in the market to check the freight, at the same time, we also suggest customers to consult the freight by yourself, in order to save costs. Q11:What if the goods shipment is delayed or broken during shipment ? A11:For delay : Due to rising oil prices, unstable international situation, national holidays and outbreaks of epidemic, sometimes transportation delays are inevitable. For damage: In order to avoid damage caused by transportation, we strongly suggest that you purchase transportation insurance (usually $100 for damage insurrance) . the meantime you should unpack and inspect the goods as soon as you sign for the goods. In case of damage, please report to the staff of the transportation company face to face and collect evidence for claim. Q12: What is your return policy ? A12:Due to the particularity of carbon fiber material: once it is cut and finalized, it cannot be changed, so we dont accept return without reason if there is no quality problem of the installation (carbon fiber products are manufactured manually, not precision machine production, minor defects are not quality problems, it is acceptable).and we recommend thinking twice before you buy.
