Packaging instructions: The main body of the product is wrapped with about 5mm thick foam to prevent collision and scratching, and 2-3 layers of foam are added to vulnerable parts such as corners for key protection. The cardboard box is made of 3-5 mm thick five layer corrugated cardboard box, customized according to the size of the inner packaging. A buffer material of 2-3 cm is left inside the box to resist transportation impact. The outer layer of the cardboard box is sealed with moisture-proof transparent plastic film Fixed method: Place the product into a customized cardboard mold, which fits the product to prevent shaking, and stabilizes each part with grooves and protrusions. The mold is filled with shredded paper strips or foam particles to strengthen the product. Batch orders can be packaged in pallets, wooden boxes, or any customized packaging requirements.
